The name
आरोहण · Aarohan

Aarohan is Sanskrit for ascent, the climb upward. It's the right word for what we do: every brand we work with is somewhere on the climb, and our job is to help find the route. We are Aarohan Brands, the studio. The brands are the focus, always.

Why this studio
exists.

Aarohan Brands grew out of fourteen years spent inside fashion and D2C brands as an operator, not as a consultant. The pattern across all of them was the same: founders had taste, capital, and ambition, but the help available to them was fragmented. Branding agencies didn't run channels. Performance teams didn't touch product. Sourcing partners didn't think about brand.

Aarohan Brands is the studio I wished existed when I was inside those brands looking out. One team, end-to-end, working alongside a small number of clients each year. Based in Bengaluru, working globally.

Decathlon · Wildcraft · Nike · ASICS · Salomon. Time spent inside global retail and outdoor leaders, running merchandising and product programmes, shaping go-to-market across categories. The work that taught us how scale actually behaves, in stores and in factories.
Celebrity-led brands, from zero
HRX (Hrithik Roshan) · Just F (Jacqueline Fernandez) · Prowl (Tiger Shroff) · KRA (Beyounick) · Dcraf (Rana Daggubati) · EK (Ekta Kapoor). Six brands launched alongside their celebrity founders, across activewear, sportswear, ethnic, lifestyle, and home. Positioning, product world, sourcing, channel strategy, and the day-one engine room.
Running a D2C brand
FYVA, as COO. Two years owning the full P&L. Rebuilt the operating model, set up performance and retention from scratch, restructured supply chain and unit economics. The view from the operator's chair, not the advisor's.
Growth, on a global stage
Common Thread Collective, as senior growth strategist. A US-based contract running media buying, forecasting, and channel strategy for fashion, accessories, and supplement brands. A different market, a sharper performance lens, and a forecasting discipline we now bring to every engagement.
Cross-border sourcing
Programmes across India, China, and Southeast Asia. Activewear, sportswear, jewellery, home. Factory selection, costing, and tech-pack discipline that survives volume. A network we now open up for our clients on day one.

A studio of one operator and a working network of specialists. Designers, photographers, developers, factory partners, brought in by lane and by stage. We don't pretend to be a forty-person agency. We work the way good studios have always worked: a small core, a strong roster, and the ability to assemble the right team for the right brand.

Our best work happens when we're talking directly with the person making the calls. It's why the first conversation is always with you, not a brief that travels four levels up.

A small number of clients each year is by design. It's how the work stays deep, and how every engagement gets the attention it deserves. We charge for the work, not the deck.
Engagements are scoped to outcomes and delivery. Pricing is on request, after the first call, when we both have a clearer sense of what's needed.
