Growth, Marketing & Revenue
Commercial growth strategy with the maths behind it. We approach growth from a P&L lens, not a media-spend lens. Forecasting, channel-mix planning, performance marketing on Meta and Google, retention, CRO, and unit economics surfaced weekly. Every rupee tracked, every channel modelled.

Operations & the Back End
Warehousing and 3PL selection, order processing, fulfilment workflows, RTO management, OTP and fraud verification, returns optimisation, inventory replenishment, dashboards that show the whole brand on one screen. The infrastructure that protects margin every day.
